Design Build is a project delivery method in which one entity enters into a single contract to provide architectural / engineering design and construction services. In the Design Build delivery method, the owner defines the project scope, requirements, and goals and selects the Design Builder to implement the necessary processes to design and construct the project. The success of the project is based upon the Design Builder’s ability to manage both the design and construction processes in a way that ensures our client’s needs are met. The management staff at Concord Building Group has extensive experience utilizing the Design Build delivery method. Our experience encompasses various types of projects including distribution, food service and storage, light industrial, retail, institutional, and commercial projects.

Construction Management is an alternate approach to the standard design-bid-build method of construction project procurement.
