In addition, we have developed long lasting relationships with a team of economical, trusted subcontractors and suppliers to assist in developing accurate and competitive estimates and we go to great lengths to ensure our team of subcontractors and suppliers understand the complete project scope. Our accuracy in the estimating process leads to our ability to produce the most competitive pricing possible.

COST PLANNING & ESTIMATING:
Concord Building Group utilizes the Critical Path Method to develop the master construction schedule along with Lean Scheduling techniques to define key milestones and specific activity durations. Lean Scheduling requires input from all team members including specialty trades, owner vendors, suppliers and subcontractors. All parties gather together, provide input on specific activity durations, and agree to deadlines to permit the release of work activities from one trade to another. By utilizing a collaborative approach to project scheduling with an emphasis on fulfilling commitments, performance is improved, re-work, waste, and delays are eliminated and time, resources, and money are saved.
