The YMCA of Middle Tennessee selected Concord Building Group as the contractor for the multi phase renovation of their existing facility in Franklin, TN. The first phase of the project consists of the construction of a 100 space parking lot expansion and includes sitework, bio-retention ponds, pervious pavers, site and city sidewalks, asphalt paving, and landscaping. The interior renovation phase consists of renovations to the Lobby, Wellness Center, Spin Room, Daycare, Child’s Play, Group Exercise Rooms, Multi Purpose Rooms, and Gym. Phase 1 is expected to start in July 2015. Pictures are coming soon!
